Feature on our Wall of Fame
There’s no doubt about it, we’ve been busy recently; we launched our new colours for Gropes, Christmas orders have been coming in and lots of (very essential) ‘networking’ has been going on.
Despite being kept on-the-go by the above, we have another bit of exciting news to report; the Nonusual Gallery page has just recently gone live. “Gropers” and cycling enthusiasts can now upload photos of their bikes in action – sporting a pair of Gropes, of course. There are so many ways to fit Gropes to make your handlebars truly unique and we thought it would be a nice idea for fellow fanatics to be able to share their handiwork with one another.
The brief? Quite simply, the approach you take is up to you. However, we'd love to see a full-shot of your prized bike and of course some nice close-ups of the stars of this show; your Gropes. It'd be great to build up a collection of submissions to the gallery that is made up of a mix of shots, taken inside or outside, with or without a rider. Ultimately, we want to see how creative you have been in fitting your Gropes.
Photos can be uploaded straight to our Gallery by posting on our flickr page or, if you don’t have a flickr account then email your images to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Gallery photos” in the subject line.*
Keep an eye on the Gallery page as we will be adding more features in the not so distant future. Our aim is to provide a virtual space where members of the cycling community can come together to interact and comment on their mutual passion for considered design and unique bikes by sharing beautiful photos.
You’d best get snapping, we’d say.
*A jpeg of around 200-500k is good, but no more than 2mb per email please.
